The entrepreneur noted that the deal would help the company to grow since in the last few years, Walton’s had stagnated. He also said that he was pleased to be working with Goettl, a company having a sound history in the industry.

Goettl showed interest in acquiring the company in early 2015. However, Longbrake was reluctant to let go of this precious family businesses.
