Winterize your hair

Winter is definitely here and along with the snow days and hot cocoa comes damaged hair! Year after year my hair is damaged from cold and those big, wooly hats which cause split ends. I promised myself that things would be different this winter. I will come into spring with beautiful, moisturized hair and not a split end in sight! Do you want the same? Then follow these tips to protect your hair from the deep freeze of winter.

  1. Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize!

The first step to winterizing your hair to lock in that moisture. How to use? After shampooing your hair make sure you use a hydrating conditioner such as WEN® Lavender Cleansing Conditioner. Not only is it moisturizing, but this conditioner is made with nourishing lavender and avocado oil and won’t weigh your hair down.

  1. Shampoo and conditioner are not enough

Shampoo and conditioner are vital to keeping your hair in tiptop shape, but when it comes to winter you have to kick it up a notch. The Wen Lavender ReMoist Hydrating Mask and the WEN® Lavender Mint Treatment Oil allow you to restore dry hair without leaving the comfort of your home.

  1. Use the right tools

Having the right products is not enough; you also need the right tools! The WEN® Signature Brushes and WEN® Deluxe Round Boar Bristle Brush are great for all sorts of styling and blowouts. You’ll never snag those precious ends again. Wen hair care products are available on eBay and Amazon.
